    StokFella is designed to serve both traditional and visionary stokvels, catering to diverse socio-economic backgrounds in South Africa. Anyone interested in joining a stokvel or managing an existing one can benefit from our platform.

  • What types of stokvels can benefit from StokFella?

    We serve a variety of stokvel types including Burial Societies, Grocery Stokvels, Property Stokvels, Agriculture Stokvels, Savings Clubs, and Franchise Stokvels.

  • How do we get started with StokFella?

    Simply download the StokFella app and follow the step-by-step registration process. You can start setting up your stokvel's profile, invite members, and define your saving goals immediately.

  • Do I need technical expertise to use StokFella?

    No, StokFella is user-friendly and designed with simplicity in mind. Our aim is to make financial management easy and approachable for everyone.

  • Can we integrate StokFella with our existing stokvel?

    Absolutely! You can easily transfer your existing stokvel operations onto the StokFella platform to enjoy the benefits of digital management, security, and financial growth opportunities.

  • What are the costs involved in using StokFella?

  • How do I Sign up on StokFella?

    Sign up via our website at stokfella.com or download the StokFella App from Google Play or the App Store. Complete the required information and set your PIN. Afterward, log in with your phone number or email and your PIN.

  • Do we need an external stokvel bank account to transact?

    No need for third-party banks or long forms. StokFella is a registered Financial Service Provider and handles everything. Complete your FICA/KYC in the app, and we'll open a dedicated Club account for your stokvel.

  • How do I join or create a group post-registration?

    To join a group, you need to contact the executives of the group and they can add you via your cellphone number or send you a link to join the group. Your application will await the stokvel executive's approval.  

    To create a group, select "Create" and then follow the prompts. 

  • How do I invite members into our Stokvel Club?

    Swipe through the carousel to find the appropriate group. Click on the 3 dots on the top right of that group. Click on Members, select add members and fill in their details or share a unique group link on platforms like WhatsApp. 

  • What's the member limit for my Stokvel Club?

    There is no limit to the number of members you can have. You just need 3 friends to start (Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary). For groups over 15 members subscription fees will apply, refer to our pricing page for more details stokfella.com/pricing
